up for sale is one of our 2006 Isuzu NPR diesel custom aluminum flatbed (flat bed cost $6k alone) roof cleaning truck with 183,000 miles- we have a fleet of trucks and this one is used daily, we are upgrading to new trucks. this truck is a complete set up for chemical roof cleaning aka soft washing with no pressure. this truck is capable of cleaning 3-4 roofs per day with re filling tank. This truck also has pressure capabilities also with a 2016 Honda GX690 electric start V Belt drive 8 GPM- We use this machine for keeping plants wet and pressure cleaning floors with heavy duty surface cleaner which is also included in sale. The chemical pump is a Comet p36 hooked up to a honda motor that works excellent for spraying roofs with chemical. There is 2 340 gallon tanks. One is strictly chemical mixed, and the other tank is water for pressure cleaning and rinsing. 3 reels include: 250 ft Chemical hose and wand- 200 Ft Pressure hose. 125 ft goodyear water hose. Included is also 3 ladders. Truck is ready to go work right now.
