Transmission was replaced with a Jasper Remanufactured unit about 2 years ago. Last summer I put on new brakes, some new rubber, new water pump, alternator, harmonic balancer and pulley. It runs and starts great. The reefer unit cools quickly both when the engine is running and when plugged in to standby. We used it very heavily for an all day haul twice a week last summer until we got into a larger unit. It has sat around at the plant since about July of last year. I recently replaced the driver"s side door because the hinge and door were all broken up. This is a nice little cold storage unit or local cold delivery truck. 14 foot truck box I believe.
No accidents that I know of. I only owned it for a little over a year. Don"t know the history before that. I doesn"t look like it though. The box will freeze although we usually set it for about 26 degrees and it would do fine and keep it around 30 for a road trip of 3 hours in the summer time. I have never tried a deep freeze.
