Hello Up for consideration is a 2006 Workhorse Step Van. 4.8 Chevrolet gas engine with 145143 original miles. 30 wheels with 20 rims. Michelin tires. GVW 10,000. Pioneer cd/mp3 player and two bookshelf speakers. Two hinged swing out doors on rear of truck. Truck is originally 10" tall but has a New Advent ceiling RV Air Conditioner unit installed making truck just over 11" tall and truck is 24" long. Trucks back interior(19") has been completely finished with Sequentia embossed fiberglass reinforced walls and ceiling along with thick commercial grade floor tile making it restaurant grade ready. Walls have aluminum ribbing with treated plywood walls under fiberglass walls. Truck is ready to be finished and outfitted for your needs.
* Outfitted with 5 wall outlets & two new 4" florescent shatter proof ceiling lights which along with ceiling Air Conditioner unit are hard wired to breaker box and powered through breaker box. Breaker box is also hard wired with male plug and ready to hook up to your generators 240 outlet. Brand new in box is Utilitech Pro 25" Generator cord with lifetime warranty. Use this to Plug into your generator and trucks breaker box.
*Also installed in drivers cab is a new 3500w/7000w (12volt) peak surge inverter by Power Bright. With remote control & 4 outlets and two settings watts/volts 110-120. This inverter has two new large Interstate batteries installed under step by slide door with lift up lid. These batteries are attached to truck alternator with a trickle down system. Meaning the inverter will not pull power from the trucks engine battery so no worries draining trucks battery and being stranded. The alternator charges (New) engine/truck battery first and then charges the two Inverter batteries second. So when the engine is running batteries are charging.
* Concession window is 6" wide and 3"2 tall with 3" centered opening with slide windows. Window is installed 2" from floor of truck and 4"9 from ground to bottom of window outside. 4"10 x 1" aluminum swing shelf installed outside to the right of concession window. Shelf has two locks and two support arms.
As mentioned above all three batteries are New as well as ceiling Air Conditioner unit, Inverter, Breaker Box, Florescent lights & Generator cord.
Rear brake lines from front to back two tires as well as rear calipers replaced this year.
*Brake lines have been replaced in the front and back as well as to wheels. Also Rear Calipers replaced. Both 2015/2016 (Receipts provided) Some written estimates also provided for needed repairs that are mentioned below mentioned

BRAKES ARE SOFT as front brake pads, rotors and calipers need replaced. $1250
Muffler($422) is not loud and works fine at moment but will need replaced.
Trucks air conditioner for drivers cab doesn"t work and I"m not sure what repairs it would need. Since ceiling unit was going to be installed I didn"t plan on using so never had it looked at.
Rear bumper on driver side needs a weld as it is loose.

Even with the listed repairs my asking price is well below the asking price of comparable listing if not better. Truck has been looked at by two different qualified mechanics and items listed is items needing worked on by their recommendations and findings.
