The street sweeper was gone over by our Fleet Mechanic and he stated the following in regards to this vehicle:
John Deere 4 cylinder diesel engine, hydrostatic drive. Cab is rusted out, bubble windows are cloudy and cracked. Brakes are inoperative due to fluid leaks. Engine has been started and run twice a year since the unit was retired in fall of 2016. Both main broom bearings were replaced in summer 2016
