Selling a one of a kind 2007 Ford E-450 6.0L V8 Diesel Medtec PD-168 Type III Fire Department owned Ambulance with 46,xxx miles. Vehicles runs and drives excellent, no issues whatsoever. Engine runs very strong and transmission just as it should. No accidents reported on the vehicle and it was thoroughly maintained by the suburban Chicagoland Fire Department that owned it. Extensive maintenance records available totaling over $40,000 in scheduled maintenance that was performed on this vehicle. Vehicle remained in service since new until December of 2018, just a few months from the date of this listing being posted. Always kept in doors. Vehicle comes with a new Oil Cooler and a new Turbo which alone is a $3500 addition. EGR has also been deleted also. Selling this vehicle with 100% confidence in the quality.
Vehicle is also corrosion proof using ECK Corrosion Coating from Vannay Corporation. Fire Department paid an additional amount for the entire vehicle to be coated and be very resistant to any corrosion. All electronics work on board work including the lights and all instrument inputs. Vehicle also comes with heat/A/C(Temperature control for box located in the back by instrument controls), onboard power generator,power load manager, dual airhorns, excellent lighting system, CPR Sideseat, Electric Oxygen and various Oxygen inputs, shelves for various medical equipment, walk through access from cab, temperature control in the cab and bed(A/C and Heat), radio power windows, power locks, rear light controls, external power lock, excellent condition tires. Some of the air horns have been decommissioned by the Fire Department prior to sale, other that, everything on board works with no issues at all.
