IT has an automatic transmission. The vehicle starts, runs, drives, shifts, and stops great! It has PLENTY of power and there is no smoke on start up. It has 56,463 miles and 4,281 hours. The vehicle comes with the Factory-installed ambulance prep package; ENHANCED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; an extra-large radiator, oil and transmission coolers. IT has a high output DUAL alternators, DUAL batteries, frame reinforcements etc. There has been a Fresh oil, filter, lube and coolant change.

Only MINOR rust ON FRAME, MINOR rust on undercarriage, NO rust on body. NO corrosion on conversion. The TIRES ARE 6 matched 19.5 radials with 50% tread life in the rear and 80% tread life on the front tires.
