This truck bed was modified to a mesh bed to increase friction and traction and reduce the the GVWR to 16,000 pound making it a non CDL. and a steel bed can easily be rewelded if needed. The truck currently has mileage of 403,158 miles on it. The truck is a work horse and has a load stabilizer that enables it carry heavier equipment . Currently truck needs speed sensor replace because the speed meter is not reading. However, I have an external meter attached to it that works well.
