2007 Freightliner Columbia with a Series 60 Detroit engine and an automatic transmission. The engine was completely rebuilt 2 months ago. There are no mechanical issues what so ever. Just turn the key and starts right up. There are no leaks nor noises coming from the engine compartment. The transmission shifts perfectly through all the gears. The a/c blows super cold and heater works too. All tires are in excellent condition with over 80% thread on them. This truck has been completely serviced and ready for the road.
This truck has a clean Florida Title in hand ready to transfer to new owner.
Exterior: The paint is in very good condition, however keep in mind that it is the original paint and it is 13 years old, there are minimal scrapes and scratches typical for a work truck of this age, the chassis is completely solid, no signs of rust anywhere. The wheels are in perfect condition as well.
Interior: The interior is in very good condition, no cracks on the dash, all gauges work as they should. There are NO check engine lights nor service lights on. The sleeper area is very clean, however the mattresses do show signs of age.
Engine:I did not see any type of leaks nor drips in the engine compartment. The air system charges perfectly. The engine was rebuilt by a certified mechanic shot less than 2 months ago. At that time we had decided to keep the truck so that was why we rebuilt it, however since we purchased new trucks we have no need for this one.
This truck was driven from Miami to Orlando with no issues. This truck was in a FedEx Ground contracted fleet and we have upgraded the fleet with newer Day cab trucks. This is the only reason we are selling. The drivers we have don’t need the sleeper area, so we have purchased newer single Cab trucks.
