Up for sale is my 2007 International 4300 Ambulance. 103,500 miles. DT466 with 5 speed automatic transmission. A lot of nice upgrades, truck was over $230,000 10 years ago.
I have a full service history for this truck.
Truck was in service until July 2018, and then sold to me. I was going to use it for camping and racing gear but unfortunately I have to let it go as those plans are on hold for next year.
Truck has been serviced regularly and December of 2018 it got new oil, filter, transmission flush + filters, fuel filter, grease all around, and a few other small things (over $800). I have the old records as well. Has an inverter and Kussmaul Auto Eject. Parking brake adjustment light is on, that is the only thing this truck needs (parking brake works fine).
This ambulance has two 200 watt sirens (Federal Signal eQ2b and a Carson dual siren) with 4 speakers mounted. Full LED lighting package 360 degrees and halogen scene lighting. Everything works. Has an inverter.
Air ride seats and suspension. The truck has a switch that drops the rear to load patients.
Pictures say it all. Truck is in very good condition and has a lot of expensive parts. Not your typical run of the mill ambulance.
I had to sign the title from the fire department & and I have not registered the truck yet. (I do have it insured). Most states just require another bill of sale (from me). Worst case scenario I can just pay sales tax and get a new title in my name from my state (Massachusetts).
