Vehicle was towed in for the repossession with a third-party diagnosis of needing a new clutch. We have been unable to confirm or undertake additional diagnostics.

Seller does hereby certify that it currently holds all rights and titles to such goods, and that goods are being transferred to Buyer without lien. This contract implies no warranty. Goods are being sold and transferred as is and no warranty is being offered or implied. All risk regarding mechanical failure and operation are assumed by the buyer.
Buyer will be wholly responsible for picking up the vehicle or arranging for transportation.
