this truck has a air operated PTO still on the transmission with a shaft running all the way to the rear that ran a propane pump it has all aluminum wheels with the wide base tires on the rear drives.This just had all new brakes shoes,bearings,races s-cams,seals,drums,hdw kits,slack adjusters on both drive axles the transmission was replaced 80K ago with a reman from Camerota & a new clutch @ the same time.It also had a new turbo & 6 new uni-pumps around the same time.This has 4;10 gear ratio with 44k rears. It also has the APU unit on the side for heating & A/C so you do not have to run the motor I think the APU unit needs a new alt or a fuel pump but not really sure it is a 48 bunk. We bought the truck new, runs & drives fine it is a CXN 613 I replaced the exhaust pipes under the bunk to the muffler.
