I am selling my 2007 Peterbilt 387. I am pretty sure it is a 387. I do not know a lot about these trucks I just owned the company. I bought this truck in Georgia got it home and had a mechanic go through it top to bottom. The total repair bill came to about $9000. While he was finishing the job my other driver bled me dry. He stole all my money from our two big runs costing me a small fortune in attorney fees. I am done! I need to sell this truck now to stay afloat. This truck never hit the road. It is parked at a buddy"s house in New River, AZ.
He drives a Kenworth and can take you on a test drive if you want. I have a 53" Great Dane van trailer that can be sold with it. The trailer is going for $7000. I will sell them separate or take them both.
I have attached a photo of the Diagnostic Report on the truck. It shows it to have 617,623 miles averaging 6.3 mpg with 19,951 engine hours. I guess they get all this info from the on-board computer. The report was done before the repairs, so from the report came most of the work done on it. It still seems to have a couple of electrical issues that cause a couple of warning lights. I am absolutely out of money and cannot chase down these couple of lights.
The truck runs great and best of all is an Automatic! It has an Eaton transmission with a Cummings motor. I think it is about 450 hp. The truck looks great. It has a small dent in the front bumper and has a piece of fiberglass missing aft of the driver"s side front tire, next to the step. The tires are all good. It has new mattresses in the sleeper. They are double bunks.
The trailer is your average box trailer. Nothing at all wrong with it. Tires are good. I am just in a real jamb, and need to pay down some creditors so I have an extremely low reserve on it.
Feel free to call me with any questions. I am not sure how much more I can answer about them, but I will certainly try. Rick 480 235-5557
