New leather drivers seat. Smoke free. Pet free. Kept clean inside and out. APU has new waterpump, thermostat, compressor, belts and pulleys and serviced about 5 times a year in the last 4 years. APU works great. Bunk heater rebuilt and works great. New fifth wheel. Lots of new parts. Can provide a long list of parts that have been replaced in the last four years. Super single drive tires. I have been driving this truck myself the last four years. I am retiring after 27 years of driving. It is a hoss. Averages between 6 amd 7 mpg on fuel. No def. Pulls great up hill. I kept it serviced every 20 to 25,000 miles and greased every 12 to 14000. I put 1 1/2 gal Lucas oil stabilizer every service. I added 1/2 gal Lucas upper cylinder lubricant every 5000 miles. Replaced lots of hoses and parts, suspension parts, air bags, etc. DOT inspected in the last week. Steer tires like new 16 ply. Drive tires like new. We have two trucks just alike and have extra wheels and tires and alternator. I have owned for four years. Purchased from Peterbilt in Knoxville. I can show a long list of receipts for all new parts replaced in the last four years.
