Truck was taken out of service due to turbo failing. Fleet manager said truck will run but can"t be driven due to the turbo and charge air cooler. The batteries are also dead on the truck as it has been sitting for approximately two months. It is in good exterior and interior condition. Please view all pictures.
It is sitting in Romulus, MI and it will need to be towed from the freight terminal. Buyer can send somebody in to remove the air ferring if you plan to put it on a step deck of some kind.
I have been dealing with these folks for many years and they are usually spot on with regard to the repair that has been identified. Please bid on the truck accordingly knowing that the truck is classified as a non runner. Even though it will crank and run, if there is a repair that is needed that keeps the truck from running as it should it will be tagged as non runner.
