Special note:
This Cummins engine is equipped with a H & S System which removes the troublesome EGR from the engine and boosts performance. Because this H & S ERG delete system the check engine light stays on. The light can be cleared but as soon as you travel a few miles it returns. The truck engine computer is getting a false code because it detects the EGR is not functioning. What does this mean? The truck runs perfectly and has no other issues but the check engine light will remain on.
