Recent work done at Binder"s Automotive...
New hub seals on rear, new abs sensor and tone ring in the rear (it was missing for some reason), new belt tensioner (old one was very loose)...they also performed all the work above. The flatbed was installed by Cargo Trailer Sales in Lansdale, Pa
New PA inspection
I had it repainted in December because old paint was faded and it had dings on the hood and rear cab corners repaired. They were stud gunned to pull them out, not bondo filled. Only thing is the guy I had paint it didn"t wet sand the clear coat so it has orange peel in the clear coat. The truck was completely de-trimmed prior to paint with the exception of the cab lights on the roof and the windshield washer sprayers on the hood. The paint shines and looks good from 10 feet away. I"m in the process of wet sanding it down and polishing it now to reduce the orange peel. I will post more pictures after it"s polished up. The white on the passenger side fender flare is just compound that needs to be cleaned up. The interior is in good condition but could use a little more cleaning up.
It has a Westin plow mount but I do not have the plow.
I have brand new side steps which I can include and install if the purchase price is favorable. I also have new Timbrens that I haven"t gotten around to installing yet.
My mechanic at Binder"s Automotive has gone through this truck completely and repaired anything we could find wrong. The only thing that hasn"t been repaired is the Air bag light comes on. They diagnosed it to the wiring harness connector at the air bag module under the seat. It needs a new connector because it keeps backing out. I will have this fixed as soon as the part comes in.
The truck runs perfectly. Transmission shifts perfectly, 4x4 works perfectly (I just tested it in the recent snow storm). I can send you a video of it running or feel free to contact me to come see and drive it. Feel free to call me at 484-538-5202
