Selling a 2008 Ford E-450 Medtec Type III Super Duty Ambulance running on a massive 6.0 Liter Power Stroke DIESEL Engine with only 59K miles. This vehicle has recently passed all safety inspections in Illinois and has been Triple K Certified since brand new. This vehicle was in service a very short time ago.
The engine and transmission works very well, no leaks whatsoever. Mechanically, engine works perfect and the transmission shifts smooth just as it should. Tires and brakes changed within the last 6 months, tires have more than 90% tread life. This vehicle has also had frequent inspections, scheduled maintenance, was consistently washed by the fire department/EMT crew who used it, and kept mostly indoors its whole life. To say the least, it has been meticulously maintained by a Suburban Village of Chicago in which it operated in. Not only is it in excellent condition cosmetically and mechanically but, was always clean on the interior since this was a first responder vehicle.
As you see in the photos, this Ambulance has many features which are all in solid working condition; Interior lights, exterior lights/strobes, sirens, radio, oxygen system, inverter for power supply, power windows, locks, mirrors,keyless entry, working gurney, and last but not least, a block heater.

Ambulance is located on the South West side of Chicago,IL USA and is available for local pickup. I am a private seller, no hidden dealer fees or anything.
This vehicle brand new in 2008 was sold to the village for over $180,000.
Some of the lights have been disconnected by the Fire Department that sold it since its not in service at the moment. However, ALL electronics work on board, some may need to just be re-connected.
