Located in Mississippi, this pickup was owned by a neighboring state sheriff’s department, was the service truck for the sheriff’s department, was used by a sheriff’s department employee to travel around maintaining sheriff department vehicles, it was replaced with a new one because of age/replacement schedule, was not replaced because of any problems or issues. We purchased the pickup directly from the agency along with some other items, not from a broker, dealer or auction, no use for an additional utility body cab pickup at this time so turning it into cash. The pickup has been well maintained and taken care of by the agency, has been worked out of but not beat up, greasy or in bad shape at all, was used for light mechanic work on vehicles! We do not have the actual service records but know they serviced right by the book and made sure it was ready to use at all time, no expense spared on servicing/maintenance. It cranks right up, drives great down the highway, tires condition can clearly be seen in the photos, transmission shift great, engine runs great does not do anything it is not supposed to, brakes are good, a/c is cold, heat is hot, stereo and cruise control work. The few negative things to bring out are first of all remember it is eight years old and has well over 100k miles on it, it is a work type truck with manual windows/locks and rubber floor although it does have cruise control and a cd stereo, the driver’s seat has a small tear in it, the lower dash still has the county radio mount and plug but radio has been removed, also has an antenna in the roof that was used with the county radio, the windshield has a crack on the passenger’s side, the front driver’s side of bumper cover has a few scratches on it but not bad (black marks that may buff out), the red paint is off the GMC label on the front grille, the headlight covers are faded a little but not bad, the rear bumper of the utility body has a few scratches and spots where the paint is chipping off, the dash has a “check tire” light on, we have checked the air pressure and they are fine, it has no other warning or dash lights on, other than that what you see it what you get! The pickup has some age and quite a few miles but considering it has been serviced properly it drives great and seems to have plenty of life left in it, will make someone a very dependable utility body truck! You are buying the pickup to match the photos and videos of this listing, be 100% operational and roadworthy and have a clean, clear transferable one owner title, otherwise as-is!
