We encourage customers to come inspect what they plan to purchase. If you choose to forgo a personal or independent 3rd party inspection of any item purchased you agree that you absolutely accept this item in an uninspected as is condition with all known and unknown faults.
No matter the circumstance there will be absolutely no returns or adjustments under any condition. We will not entertain any monetary discounts, parts or service discounts or anything of the like.
We do not guarantee working condition, make, model, year, serial number, hours, measurements, weights or any other detail of equipment. In the case that there is something that you consider to be obviously wrong or incorrect with the item this is no grounds for reimbursement, return or credit. The item is still unconditionally yours.
If you would like to know the exact specifications, you are responsible for obtaining that information prior to purchase.
All items must be picked up within 90 days. After 90 days each items is charged a $35 storage fee per day. All storage fees must be paid in full before each item leaves. When the storage fees reach the purchase price of each item, the item will be sold to recover storage fees. There will be no refund to the buyer when the item is sold for storage fees.
All down payments are non-refundable.
