2009 CHEVY G3500 6.6L DIESEL DURAMAX LMM (CAMPER READY)
Module box by Braun, known in the industry for outstanding structural integrity and no rattles! The roof is arched a Braun exclusive feature, all doors have double seals and drip rails on the outside. The side exterior door does have a window that opens with a screen.
We are a small ambulance service that works in a small community and we cater to sporting events throughout the midwest region.
This truck was used and setup for patient transfers and event standby with long hours parked in the cold winter or hot summer days. .
We are the second owners of this unit. Purchased from our local 911 service in Feb 2016Fleet maintained and very well take care of with a complete detailed service history.
Rotella T6 Synthetic oil every 5000 miles since new with Hastings or AC Delco filters. Unit is fitted with a fumoto locking drain plug so you can do toolless oil changes. Turn the valve and drain the oil after removing the safety lock.
12v high output forced air diesel heater that will keep the truck and cab well above 70 degrees even when its -15 outside. The unit runs overnight without draining the batteries and can be left unattended as it is fully automatic via a digital control panel located on the work counter area. In below zero temps the truck can be left unattended and will consume about 1 gallon of regular diesel fuel in 12 hours. This unit just came back from a 9 day standby in northern WI with less than 2 hours of engine idle time thanks to a small generator to charge the unit and run the block heater.
Module mounted AC unit. The unit is equipped with a shore power standby AC unit. Professional mounted its perfect for long hours parked in the sun without running the engine. The entire truck, will run on a small inverter generator summer or winter.
Interior Cabinets: are lit with LED lights as is counter and work area. The panel lights above the cabinets are very bright and all LED. Behind the panel lights is a 6 space above all the cabinets for electrical and any accessories you would like to add or modify.
Exterior cabinets: are solid aluminum and sprayed with bed liner and can be rinsed out and wiped down. They also include floor mats to catch dirt and debris and prevent the floors from being damaged. All exterior doors are lined with diamond plate.
Towing: The unit is equipped with a 2 receiver hitch hidden under the rear step and 7 pin RV plug. A 10 extended 2 hitch will be included with the sale and has a weight rating of 7000lbs and has a 2 ball.
Service 2020: Oil change, Fuel filter, Water pump, flush and fill, (Dexcool) cross over heater hose while pump was out.
Service 2019: A-arm bushing, alignment, Front pads/rotors, Oil Changes, fan speed control resister rear heat/ac, High pressure AC line for module, new fitting, dryer, charge and repair. Fuel filter.
Service 2018: New transmission 4L85e replaced with reman unit, added high capacity cooling pan, trans temp gauge, new GM cooler and cooler lines, replaced u-joints. New front tires, pitman arm, ball joints, alignment. Fuel filter.
Service 2017: Radiator, upper and lower hose, heater hoses to cab, fan clutch (From Dealer) EGR cooler removed, dipped, cleaned and pressure tested. EGR valve cleaned and serviced. Rear tires x4

This truck is still in service and we expect delivery of its replacement by the end of January. This is a strong dependable chassis with a strong reliable drivetrain. The box is built by the best of the best in the industry. We did a cost analysis and to rehab the unit back to like new would be cost prohibitive for our service so we hope it makes someone a reliable trusted truck for whatever your plans are.
There is no rust on the body and some galvanization on the aluminum box in a few places. The truck is shiney and in overall good condition for its age. It is being sold AS IS WHERE IS with a clean clear title.
Disregard the paint smears we used a basic photo editor to block our the graphics on the truck for privacy purposes.
All red lights and siren will be inoperable when sold
