I have a 2009 Ford E350 ambulance up for sale in excellent condition. It was on a maintenance schedule, so it was EXTREMELY well taken care of. It has the 6.0L with 297k miles. Runs and drives fantastic. Two brand new batteries installed December 18th. Everything works perfect, including all the lights. Turn key and ready to transport! Needs nothing.
