Looking to sell a 2009 Ford E350 Type II Malley Ambulance. Vehicle is in excellent condition and has been babied throughout it"s lifetime. It is in great condition inside and out, with everything functioning properly, heat is hot, ac is ice cold, on board suction works fine with no issues, on board inverter,
Now the bad news: engine has a hole in the block. Could be a number of things you could do to fix it however the easiest is to just replace the engine, which is the reason for the cheap price. You can replace the block entirely for a quick fix but if you"re going to go through all that work, you might as well swap the engine. It has a 6.0L engine which is not too hard to come by, and could be replaced for about $6k-$7k. This is more ideally suited to those who are either mechanics or companies that have mechanics in house -- which I do not, it would cost me the full amount to get fixed, which, given that business is not what it used to be and I have plenty of other vehicles running every day, doesn"t make sense for me to do.
