2009 Freightliner Century 120 Detroit Series 60 455 HP Automatic 10 speed Transmission
The truck broke down in Davenport, Iowa.
About a week ago, the truck started to pressurize the coolant out of the overflow tube. The truck was driven to a local Diesel mechanic shop in Davenport, Iowa. The dealer said it needs a new engine , does not start.
Truck had a complete engine inframe done about 180k miles ago. The inframe also included a new cylinder head, new cam, all new rockers and lifters. We are not sure what happened and what made the engine fail at 180k after the shop rebuilt it.

NEW INJECTORS NEW INJECTOR HARNESS NEW TURBO NEW OIL PUMP NEW WATER PUMP NEW RADIATOR NEW AC CONDENSER NEW AC LINES NEW AIR COMPRESSOR NEW FRONT DIFFERENTIAL NEW CLUTCH NEW KING PINS NEW STEER TIRES NEW 4 DRIVE TIRES NEW U JOINTS NEW JOST FIFTH WHEEL NEW FAN CLUTCH SOLENOID NEW FUEL LEVEL SENSOR NEW XY SHIFTER ON THE TRANSMISSION NEW ALTERNATOR A LOT OF OTHER SMALLER PARTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED THAT ARE NOT LISTED.
THE BRAKES AND DRUMS ON THE REAR AXLES WERE REPLACED WITHIN THE LAST 100K MILES. AT THE SAME TIME THE NECESSARY BEARINGS AND HUB SEALS WERE DONE . ALIGNMENT DONE RECENTLY
HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS THAT CAN BE INCLUDED WITH SALE
THE REAR TANDEMS HAVE Cat"s Eyes Dual Tire Pressure Equalization SystemTHIS KEEPS THE SAME TIRE PRESSURE IN BOTH TIRES CONSISTENTLY. TIRES LAST A LOT LONGER.
The truck will have to be towed from the shop in Davenport, Iowa where it broke down. We have two brand new trucks on the way, so we don"t want to put money into this one to fix it. Our loss - your gain. We have spent about 25k on this truck within the last 180k miles, including complete inframe and other expensive parts (listed above). The truck still has a loan that needs to be payed off. Title takes about two weeks to come in. Our company is located in Orlando Fl. If you go see the truck and you are interested, I will fly out there to complete the sale.
Truck is in good condition overall. Front bumper has some damage, the rest of the body is in good shape. SOLD AS IS
