This unit is used and has a box that is rusted where it attaches to frame. Unit was driven from Pennsylvania but we had never put a new box on it to make it usable for our business ( Appliance Delivery ) Unit has no batteries but we parked it where it is stored before the batteries were removed. We are selling it as-is because we have not ran the unit for 14 months. Send a mechanic out to take a look or buy for parts. The box will have to be replaced if you want to use if for closed load transport. Clean Title.
