Buyer must contact Seller to schedule inspection. Buyer will not be issued a refund or discounted settlement price for any reason. All purchases are subject to State Sales Tax laws and Electronic Transfer Fees. Successful bidder must contact IronLink Equipment within 12 hours of auction ending. Payment via wire must be received within 3 business days of auction. Credit Cards will be accepted for payment with a 5.0% service charge. Complete settlement must be made to IronLink Equipment before any item will be released. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late Fees of a Minimum of $25.00 or 2.0% of Invoice Apply After 10 Days After Due Date. Checks presented with insufficient funds/non-payment will be assessed a $45.00 Fee.
IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER FOR EQUIPMENT ON THE AUCTION, ONCE THE AUCTION CLOSES, IT BECOMES YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INSURE THE EQUIPMENT FOR DAMAGE, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR WEATHER RELATED, OR THEFT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Storage, insurance, dismantling, loading and removal of item is at the risk, expense and liability of the buyer. Any items not removed within 30 days of Auction will be billed a Storage Fee at a rate of $25.00 per day.
IronLink Equipment and Seller will assist Buyers with all normal and regular load out activities at no charge. Please contact IronLink Equipment in regards to specific load out concerns, such as loading ramps, docks, etc. at each location.
