It is a very clean, no rust, 1 owner operator Kenworth with low miles that he purchased new at Coopersburg Kenworth in December 2012. This truck does have a flood title, it was at a dealer in Ohio when hurricane Sandy came through and flooded the parking lot. Coopersburg bought a couple of these trucks from that dealer and totally went through them. They changed all the fluids, unplugged every wiring harness and checked them. There have been no issues with this truck related to the flood title and it has been meticulously maintained. The reason he is selling is to get away from the ELD and run an old truck.
