Fee and Tax Information: Ohio residents must pay sales tax at the rate of the county you reside in, as well as a $30 title fee. Ohio temporary tags are available for $20. There is a $100 doc. fee also, which pays for title work, documents, and computer programming. The State of Ohio requires dealers to collect sales tax for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan and Washington. We don"t like it either, but it"s the LAW!! All other out-of-state buyers are responsible for any and all taxes due to their state of residence, but none will be collected here.
Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end, unless prior arrangements have been made. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. However, it is possible that we might be able to help in delivery of some vehicles, but prior contact must be made so cost and arrangements can be done prior to bidding / buying. If we deliver, transportation must be paid in full up front before vehicle / driver leaves here. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, or the possibility of us delivering it we will gladly cooperate.
