We grew into the largest privately owned cellulose installer in Aberdeen, MD. After 43 years in the contracting business I"ve decided it was time to hang up my tool belt.
Many insulation suppliers offer training, materials, marketing and selling aids. Training is centered around a curriculum which teaches proper installation techniques, care for equipment and even covers aspects of a homes construction and industry terms if you are completely new to the business. Installation training can be conducted at an insulation supplier facility or at a location of your choosing with your equipment; allowing you to be trained while using your equipment. They can also aid your marketing and sales efforts with training classes at their location, conference meetings as well as supplying marketing literature.
The equipment being offered in this auction is a custom turn-key self contained rig including a Cool Machines CM-2400 blowing equipment, 15KW Generac generator, hoses, nozzles and a water misting system to keep dust down and space to haul approximately 70 bags of cellulose. The Applegate inspired rig cost $35,000 when installed in 2016, not including the truck, and functions as it was designed to.The truck and insulation rig is mechanically sound. The drivers front tire needs to be replaced due to sidewall cracks and I have a new tire that I"ll have installed prior to delivery.
