1999 INTERNATIONAL 9900iELD EXEMPT12.7L DETROIT RECENT INFRAME10spd MANUAL I got this truck in trade. I have never had it on the road.The previous owner told me it had a recent inframe.I can provide the shop name to verify work.I had the truck running. Engine sounded good no smoke.The starter went out will need to be replaced.It will need all tires and probably wheels.Frame is rusty and the airbag pads may need replaced.Interior is decent but dirty.Both main seals appear to leak.In my opinion this truck could make a good daily runneror spare for less than 10K.It is much more than scrap or a parts truck!I would suggest towing or have it hauled away.
