Changed engine oil and filters. Changed wipers, got from Napa. Replaced speedometer head with used on from parts truck. Odometer wasn"t working Changed engine oil and filters, check all fluid levels, grease truck, check all lights, check tire pressure, check brake adjustment, change fuel filter Repair exhaust supports and install new exhaust elbow and clamps Repair drivers door power window, install track guide on window regulator,. Install new lights in speedometer and tachometer. Remove stationary 5th wheel and install sliding 5th wheel plate and top plate from Russ Fisher"s. Install new air slide lock cylinder and plumb up. Changed engine oil and filters, check all fluid levels, grease truck, check all lights, check tire pressure, check brake adjustment, change fuel filter Adjust toe on steer axle to 1/8 toe in Repair turn signal on right front fender. Perform Annual DOT Inspection IAW Part 396 and inspection checklist. Fill out inspection label and annual inspection report. Place label on drivers door and place report in vehicle records. Forward original copy to Mattoon office. Repair right rear slack adjuster adjuster bracket and reinstall Rear Brakes not applying unless excessive pressure is applied to pedal while bob-tailing. Found rear brake proportional valve stuck. Replaced valve with R12 relay valve. Install steer tires @ Terre Haute Kingpin bushings worn. Replace kingpins and bushings Two axle alignment done at Fehrenbacher"s Changed engine oil and filters, check all fluid levels, grease truck, check all lights, check tire pressure, check brake adjustment, change fuel filter Replace radiator choke tank due to cracked tank Replace fuel pump to air compressor gasket Replace air filter Changed engine oil and filters, check all fluid levels, grease truck, check all lights, check tire pressure, check brake adjustment, change fuel filter Replace exhaust pipe, flex pipe and clamps under cab Replace all 6 injectors, injector hold down bolts, carbon dams and injector wiring harness Replace fuel pump due to leaking seal Replace rear brakes, rear drums, rear wheel seals and ABS sensor on right wheel Perform Annual DOT Inspection IAW Part 396 and inspection checklist. Fill out inspection label and annual inspection report. Place label on drivers door and place report in vehicle records. Forward original copy to Mattoon office. Oil and filter change due to diesel in oil from bad injector. Service the rest of the truck and grease. Adjust Clutch Replaced air dryer Pressure washed under-carriage, Serviced engine, changed oil, & oil, fuel and air filters. Greased drive train, steering and suspension. Replaced bad grease fitting on right front. Checked all fluids and put air in front tires
