In original condition, formally owned by municipality. Note the boom heads (shown in pictures) show no wear. The unit only has original paint and has never been repainted. The rust shown in the pictures of this unit are surface rust only. There are no spots rusted thru. Also have the PTO and a 2 stage hydraulic pump that will go with the purchase of the unit. It is equipped with air release on the winches.
