F-Super Duty XL with custom Altex flatbed and Versalift Aerial Bucket unit. Truck features aluminum grill, 16 stainless wheel sims all around, all LED bed lighting, dual fuel tanks under bed. 7.5L gas engine and 5 speed transmission. It has a channel iron rear bumper and a class III trailer hitch receiver. It has a trailer brake control as well.
Truck starts easily in any weather, runs well and drives well. No abnormal noises, squeals, whines from any driveline components. Truck drives straight, no pulling. Clutch engages a couple inches off of floor and doesn"t slip. Brakes work properly, stop the truck well, no grinding or squealing. All normal operation. All glass is crack free. I would fully trust this truck to drive from Florida to Canada without any worries.
We have always changed the oil, filter and lubricated the chasis at approximately 3000 miles since we have owned the truck. It is currently due for oil and filter change now. Truck has never used any oil. No excessive leaks of any kind.
Front tires are at about 1/4 above the wear indicators, rears are at about 1/8 - 3/16 above indicators. All will pass state inspection.
Passenger door has a few shallow dents in it but works fine. Roof mounted clearance light has a cracked lens. Drivers side of seat has a small tear. The truck is in much better shape than most other this model year.
28" Versalift is powered by a Onan 4000 watt generator / hydraulic power combo unit. The Onan starts right up and runs well. It features it"s own battery (almost new) and fuel tank. The Verslift Bucket unit rotates correctly but the extend and lift controls are sporadic. We once let the truck sit too long without using and had to have a local equipment guy install the rotator solenoid (which is still working correctly). I trust that the extend and lift solenoids need the same at some point soon now.
We are selling this truck because for the last couple years we have had a newer, taller reach, unit that gets used regularly and this one sits now. Truck is sold as-is / where-is but I have been as clear as I can as to the condition of the truck. I believe the local Notary can issue you a transport tag to drive it home if you bring copy of your license and proof of insurance from another vehicle.
