Hello and thanks for viewing our 1999 Ford F-350 4x4 Utility / Service truck. This truck was municipality owned and maintained and is a true 1 owner. Mileage was logged in and out on each trip and any issues were reported and promptly taken care by the borough mechanic. No expense was spared on the upkeep of this truck. Oil changes and all scheduled maintenances were always performed on time. This truck was stored indoors since new on day 1. No rust or rot underneath or on the body. Solid cab corners solid rockers and solid utility body. The truck is equipped with the legendary 7.3 International Powerstroke Turbo Diesel engine. These motors are very well known for durability and reliability and are highly sought after. They have been documented to go over 1 million miles so with this truck being maintained the way it was 130k miles is nothing on this baby. The diesel Superduty trucks were also equipped with a heavier Duty transmission as well so this drive train is rock solid. The engine fires right up with a quick half turn of the key and you can barely see anything come out of the exhaust pipe while its starting and running. It runs strong and sound. The transmission shifts smooth and right on the mark through all its gears. The 4WD operates 100%. Everything in the interior works as it should and is in very good shape for its age. Usually a superduty this old would have a destroyed seat but this one was well taken care and proves the low mileage. The air blows cold and the heat is hot. There is no cracked glass anywhere on the truck. This truck is ready to be put right to work. Finding a 4x4 Utility is hard enough. Throw in the 7.3 , the low miles and the no rust and you talking almost impossible to find. There is a heavy duty power inverter installed as well as a high idle contoller for when you are running the invertor to keep your voltage high. With all the inside and outside storage as well as the heavy duty ladder and material racks there"s no limit to what you can do with this rig. Once again, very nice truck with endless possibilities and use. This thing is a life long investmentAnd can literally last forever if you keep up on your maintenance and aren"t afraid to give it a bath every once in awhile. This truck is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the listing at anytime without notice. If you want to come see the truck it can be seen 7 days a week upon appointment. | “Truck runs and drives 100%. This is a former Municipality owned truck that was lightly used by the towns traffic dept. There is no rust on the cab, solid cab corners, super solid rocker panels , only rust we see is light surface rust on the driveshafts and exhaust. The utility box is also super solid. Truck fires right up with a quick turn of the key and trans glides through the gears just like there are supposed to. Everything inside works and truck has an electronic idle controller installed , a very large power inverter and ladder racks, cabinet access inside and out. Possibilities are endless with this guy.
