Airport Snow Plow For Sale
This is a US Air Force Snow Plow, originally from Eielson AFB in Fairbanks Alaska. It was purchased by Park County Montana for use at Livingston Airport, Mission Field as its primary runway plow. It is an Oshkosh WT-2206 (USAF classification B-1) military vehicle with a twelve foot plow. These trucks were designed to be kept alive through routine overhauls and remanufactures. This truck was built in the 1960s (best estimate) and has been remanufactured twice in its life, the last time being 1988.
The truck was in service and last run in the spring of this year. It was replaced by a new snow plow and parked in working order. The brakes need adjustment, Air Force had unhooked the front brakes and that has never been hooked up since, so back brakes only. The truck has been serviced and maintained by Kens Equipment in Livingston, MT. There"s a new solenoid on the fuel pump. Speedometer is inop.
Uses for this truck include snow removal on large surfaces (airports, shopping malls, mining roads, county maintenance), towing and hauling. This truck is unstoppable. Its max speed is around 45 MPH but it will move a lot.

This truck is pretty cherry. It has normal cosmetic wear from use (see pictures), but it"s a military grade beast for someone who wants to push stuff around and haul heavy gear. Buyer must arrange to pick up on site. Good luck on a great truck!
