This truck has been making trips once a week (700 miles) to upstate NY from cape cod Ma. for the last 5 years hauling hay. Tires are all 70-80%. Front end completely done, new king pins drag link and steering box ( cost $4600 last feb). Replaced transmission July 2017, with low mileage RTO 10 Speed, complete clutch kit @ same time ( cost $5100). It has a Cat C-12 engine which had NEW heads installed Sept 2014 ( cost over $10,000) Less than 30,000 miles since. New intercooler fall of 2015. New alternator complete with belt and tensioner Jan 2016. New Brakes April 2016. Much more. .. ..
Truck runs great, and is ready to work. But still needs a lot of TLC, it is a 1999 after all. There is a small oil leak at turbo charger, which started when the turbo was replaced in 2015. It looses about 1 gallon of oil every 2100 miles, i believe it to be on the oil return tube, as the pressure line was replaced.
