This Hot-Shot delivery vehicle by Delivery Concepts utilizes a Ford Ranger Chassis and contains both hot and cold cabinets. The hot cabinet is outfitted with racks that can hold 24 standard half size sheet pans or 24 standard hotel pans. The cold unit has a 20 sq base with reconfigurable racks that can double storage space to 40 sq ft.
The oven system is controllable from 120 to 180 degrees F. The refrigerated unit is controllable from 30 to 40 degrees F. The storage units have comprehensive interior and exterior lighting for excellent night-time visibility.
The exterior exhibits normal wear and tear with the only significant damage being to the right side door frame due to a modest collision.
