I"m selling my 2008 F350 Ford Superduty, 103095 miles at time of listing. The truck has been sitting up until I took it for inspection so brakes pulsated a little. My mechanic diagnosed road noise as a Pinion Bearing issue, he said it could last a long time etc. but no guarantees. Known issues aside from that are: Passenger side window cracked. 4WD sprockets need to be replaced, I make them work but they turn hard. (I call them sprockets but they are the front hub assembly you turn to put it in 4WD)Driver side seat has broken plastic on the side.Mirrors not working, I suspect a bad switch.Motor shows a very small amount of oil when it sits overnight. (Typical Ford)Nephew put a rear fender on it for me, but did a poor job. (Get what you pay for)Tires passed inspection but rear should or will need to be replaced. Interior has some holes from screwing different switches etc on it, we had a dump insert etc. that we removed.I had to install a separate switch on the dash for Tow Haul, the one on the shift handle failed. The Dump Insert when removed showed rust and some holes in the bed, didn"t know until we removed it. So maybe a bed liner should be installed. Both Alternators were replaced, but once in a while the batter light comes on. Ford told me it has a bad battery? I mean it"s a 2008 and has been used to plow etc. so you are going to have wear and tear. The good news:Engine runs strong.Has a Meyers plow, a little bent here and there but works fine.Just spent $4500.00 getting both exhaust manifolds replaced. Has an Edge programmer, used primarily for fuel economy setting.Starts and runs fine. I had additional springs etc. installed so it is extra heavy duty. I put a new rear bumper on it, other one was rusty. Any additional information just ask and I will do my best to answer you. NOT A NEW TRUCK HOWEVER, so if you cannot handle what it takes to keep these things running and on the road don"t bid.
