Up for sale is a 1997 Pierce Saber Pumper Engine. The unit has a Detroit Diesel Series 40 motor with a 5 speed automatic transmission. It has approx. 143,689 miles on it. Just came out of service from a large department where it was serviced regularly every 90 days. The truck starts right up and drives great. No dash warning lights (no check engine, ABS, airbag light). Oil changes and services were all done according to 90 day preventative maintenance program. Unit GVW is 44,000 lbs.
