If your looking for a low mileage, nicely equipped, and sharp looking box truck, then here"s your truck! As the pictures and video illustrate, this box truck is in superb condition, comes loaded with options, and has unusually low mileage! An especially nice feature on this truck is the PRE-EMISSIONS powertrain! This engine came from the factory with NO particulate filters, NO DEF fluid required, NO regeneration cycles to deal with! None of that bothersome, and costly, emissions to deal with!
The engine on this box truck is functioning just like you would expect an 80,000 mile engine to perform: the engine cranks right up, it has a very steady and smooth idle, and there are no abnormal noises, smoke or vibrations on it. All the gears on the Automatic Overdrive Transmission are engaging properly, pulling strong, and shifting smoothly. The overall ride on the truck is commendable, with a quick acceleration, a snug suspension, a smooth ride, and strong and even braking. Take a look at the video to see this box truck in action!
The body on the dump truck is also in commendable shape. The cab lines are straight, the original paint is healthy and shiny, and the doors open and close effortlessly. The cab interior has an impeccable dashboard, and the door panels, moldings, and floor vinyl are in good shape. All the gauges, lights, and controls are operable, the stereo sounds great, and the AC blows very cold (even in Texas" triple-digit weather!). Needless to say, you don"t need to be concerned about rust on this 1-owner, Texas truck!
The aluminum box body is also straight, the floor has no holes, and the roll up door rises and descends effortlessly. All the tail lighting, and the box LED lighting is fully operational. The 2,000 Lbs Tommy lift is working fine! It descends smoothly, it rises strong, and it folds effortlessly (see video). The tire tread is very decent, with the front tires at 65% average, and the rear tires at 85% average.
As can be expected on a pre-owned truck, there are some flaws and details. Known details are: the expected nicks and scratches (primarily on the box), there are 3 chips on the windshield, and the seats have very small tears on the seams. Most of these details are evident on the pictures and video. Details aside, this box truck has truly impressed us with its condition and performance. We would not hesitate to drive this truck cross-country at a moment"s notice!
