The third axle is not for weight capacity, we added it to make the truck ride better down the road, less bounce it can be removed for more tool box space.

The Odometer doesn"t work, Freightliner installed a new one in 2015 and it quit at 16,000 miles so we never fixed

You don"t need a license in PA to operate this crane for sign and lighting work. The Pa OSHA rule is for crane in construction

Also included are two fiberglass baskets to attach to jib for 92"or 104" working height.
Basket has upper controls, all functions work.

We are the second owners, we have owned it since July 2012,Elliott custom built this unit for Cincinnati Gas and Electric and we got it from them.
In the 8 years that we have owned this unit we have only replaced a basket leveling cylinder outside of normal maintenance. The unit is dependable and strong.
We can arrange for delivery anywhere in the US at buyers expense.Or we will fly buyer and companion into Latrobe, PA. Arnold Palmer airport and buyer can drive it home.
