This 1951 combo pumper/ ladder F-7 Big Job Fire truck is an antique beauty! It is well equipped with 8 (many original and wooden) ladders- from 16 ft. up to 50 ft with and without extensions.
It has many accessories:
* axes * hoses * hooks * pikes * picks * shovels * hand-held extinguishers * ropes * hydrant wrenches * pump accessories and more- all in excellent condition!
It runs well (only 7,568 miles!) and the lights and siren work. It hold oil pressure and the charges and dash gauges appear to operate well. All fluids have been changed, has an electric fuel pump, the brake system has been serviced, and has a new battery. A few things to note: it does not have a water storage tank and the brake power booster could use an overhall (it has been removed). We were unable to test the pump because we do not have a pond or access to a fire hydrant, however, we do have the test results showing the pump"s specifications. The truck is 35 ft. long and the body is in excellent condition.
This would be a first rate parade truck! This fire truck has character and is sharp looking! It would also make a great antique vehicle recovery truck!
