You are looking at a 1987 Tactical Fire Truck with V8 92 Turbo Detroit Diesel, 5 speed Allison Transmission, air locking 4WD Eaton rear ends. Used at military airport for fast tactical fire suppression deployment. The Fire truck only has 970hrs, with only 6,273 actual miles. Runs and drives as it should, very impressive on how it moves out. Has two mounted spray nozzle on front for deployment of water. Has 1000 gpm pump which has been removed and machine work done to impeller, will require seal and gaskets kit to reinstall. 660 gallon water tank, which appears to be stainless. front and back side window is cracked. Has hydraulic lowering ladder support on passenger side. Single diesel engine in compartment, which powers aux. alternator and foam pump, unknown condition. The chassis would make an awesome off road build for someone looking for extreme vehicle, or like new Detroit engine and transmission.
