Very interesting opportunity to own a 100% brand new food truck with a versatile layout. Long story short - we built this for a customer with two insanely popular trucks in NYC and financial reasons have caused them to forfeit the truck. We are selling this to pay ourselves back. That is just simply the truth.
This is not some used roach coach and is not priced as such. We are not a food truck designer / builder where they use parts out of a catalogs, bolt diamond plate together and call it metal work, and so forth. Everything in here is 100% custom welded, bent, cut, and polished by professionals. Just check out the photos. This truck has over $140k invested and it is *un used* (well, the truck is but not the inside)
Specs:
2001 Freightliner with diesel cummins engine. 78,4XX miles. Was a Con Edison truck in New york and taken care of. Purchased for $18k+ in 2013 totally empty for fabrication.
Brand new 12k cummins diesel generator. 0 hours. Was over $11,000 before installation. Largest cummins mobile model made.
Complete custom kitchen fabrication which includes:
-three custom remote refrigerators for max storage inside and maximum heat reduction inside the work area. A appx 60 prep table (prepped food for the make up line, across from griddle) with open top, a 32 undercounter refrigerator (designed for beverages), and a extra large reach in refrigerator (designed for back ups)
-appx 72-84 type one ventilation hood. I can measure later if its a concern
-40 + 45 gallon stainless custom fresh and waste water tanks. Built to NYC sizes which means they are good for anywhere in country. Also adequately sized hot water tank.
-Dual sided truck - 5 windows which open all around the truck, allowing operation out the passenger or drivers side of truck (if you park on either side of a one way street, for instance. or if you are working a festival and want to work dual sided).
-custom lit pastry / dry goods displays also redundant and on both sides of truck. These could be converted to something else, covered up to just be storage, or heated. Lots of options.
-custom roof exhaust vents.
-aluminum floor
-custom storage and shelving everywhere.
-trash stations, two built in cash drawers, dry storage drawers, etc
-60 CHROME PLATED keating style thermostatic griddle (over $10k new) and a 12 char broiler.

The beauty of this is we can modify this truck to your needs if in fact you wanted something different. different cooking equipment, wanted to add a steam table, whatever. As it stands though this truck could execute many, many menus.
