You are bidding on a 1995 Chevrolet P30 Step Van, which has been converted to a food truck. Most recently The Mechanical Owl food truck. It is fully equipped with 2 full size fryers, a 3.5x3.5 flat top, 4 burner range, very small convection oven, triple sink, 5 foot hood, hand sink, water pump, full size freezer and refrigerator, and approx. 100lb propane tank.
The 5.7 liter, V8 350 engine has been completely rebuilt and has roughly 3000 miles on it. Plenty of power and starts up no problem. Generic generator in great condition, also starts up no problem. Always maintained. The tires are in terrific shape, and received a 100% from South Carolina DHEC for operation.
A few issues: power steering has a leak, propane valve has a crack, internal water pump leaks. As far as the power steering, we just kept topping it up with fluid and it worked fine. The propane crack is, I believe, just in the tri-valve over the tank (if that"s the case it"s a $50 fix), and the water pump can be entirely replaced for about $40. Other than that, the truck is in need of a good scrubbing and general tidying, and you"re ready to roll.
