Low Mileage Good Used Ford Cutaway Style 10" Box Truck
This is a 2008 Ford E-350 Commercial Cutaway Truck with a Rockford 10" box with duel wheels and only has 72,000 miles of use. The E-350 is a proven, reliable truck that can give you many years and miles of service. Many owners of this model engine and truck, who take good care of it, get well over 200, 000 miles of service. The measurements inside the box are 86 high, 115 long and 91 wide. There is a sliding door that allows entry from the cab to the box. There is also an aluminum entry ramp that easily slides in and out from under box floor which is very helpful for loading.
It has an automatic 5.4L V8 Trinton engine that is in very good condition and has been serviced regularly. I have had no engine problems in the two years that I have owned it. You are welcome to see the maintenance records and can speak to the truck repair shop that maintained the vehicle to confirm its condition. Repairs have been done on the the brakes and new electronic brake stabilizers have been replaced. Additionally, 4 new heavy duty shocks have been installed recently.
The cab has 2 grey cloth upholstered seats with no tears or holes. It has manual windows, manual locks and is in good condition inside and out. The vinyl floor mats are in good condition, too. The engine runs well and the truck drives great. Tires have an estimated 60% tread remaining. The cab is in good condition and looks good but be aware that there is an external dent in cab roof that you cannot see in the photos. It does not affect the look of the vehicle. If it is important to you, I recommend you have a body shop push out the dent. There is some minor surface rust on the tire rims and on the bottom of door jam where you enter the truck as you would expect for a truck of this age. There are some minor dings on the box near the top. I have not experienced any leaking in the box area. My cargo has always remained dry in the worst of storms. The truck was recently serviced and passed its state air quality test about two weeks ago.
Why am I selling this truck? It"s a reasonable question. I am not selling this vehicle because I have had problems with it. It"s actually a great, well running little truck. I am selling it because I do not need a truck with a 11,500 GVW capacity. I made a mistake. My business really needed a smaller, lower capacity van. This truck would be great for plumbing, landscape, moving, urban delivery, HVAC, vending and home appliance businesses. Because of the 10" box, this truck is much more maneuverable than larger box trucks in urban areas where there are narrow streets and tight spaces to navigate. Compared to a new truck, and many used trucks for that matter, you are getting a great value that will give you many years of reliable service!
