If you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately with a picture of the broken item attached so we can help you file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 30 days after item is received.
All products must be in original packaging with RMA number written on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and no credits will be issued.
