It has an Onan generator that has its own under carriage mounted fuel tank that is separate from the truck fuel. The generator is a push button start from inside the cab. This truck currently has all of the lights, sirens, oxygen, suction etc. to be stocked and certified by the state. The floor in the patient compartment is in excellent condition and does not have any rips or tears. I would trust this truck to drive as a frontline truck.
