THIS TRUCK DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY SPECIAL LICENSING AT ALL. IT ALSO HAS A COMPOSITE (NO RUST) UTILITY BED,, IS 4 WHEEL DRIVE AND RUNS GREAT.
