Unique combination all in one unit, and no CDL required!
Used as a line truck until 2014, then limited (and careful) use doing tree work. Not all beat up like others are!
This is a 1986 F700 bucket truck with 65" Hi-Ranger EHV boom. Model 6EHV-65PB1.
Short 16" wheelbase makes for good maneuvering; about as short as you can get under a 65" boom!
Four outriggers for excellent stability!
Pistol grip controls; two man bucket with 500# capacity. Bucket has liner and cover.
GVWR is 24500# and no CDL is needed to drive this truck.
Hydraulic brakes with hydraulic/electric parking brake that works well.
370 gas engine with 5-speed manual transmission. 44507 miles (actual).
Receiver hitch and side tool boxes (in good shape, with keys).
Cab has one small spot of rust (quarter size), frame is very clean. Deck is solid but does have some rust in places, nothing substantial that affects anything.
Glass is good, wipers work, lights work, heater works.
Tires are good (50% or better), two rears like new, one rear a little more worn than the rest.
I bought this truck last summer primarily to remove many dead trees (ash and pine) around my acreage, and for my neighbors also. We sold a few tree jobs too. My tree work is complete, and the truck doesn"t get used very much now, so I am offering it for sale.
It does leak a little engine oil, but nothing major.
Still lots of money-making opportunity left in this rig. If I don"t get what I need to out of it, we will be getting into roof cleaning next year.
Don"t miss out; now"s the time to buy it!
NOTE: If you have zero feedback, you MUST email me before bidding, or I will cancel your bid. I reserve the right to end auction early for a local buyer.
