Up for sale is a 2007 Freightliner M2 Ambulance by American LaFrance. The unit has a 7.2L Mercedes Benz diesel motor with a 6 speed Allison automatic transmission. It has approx. 66,935 miles on it. Just came out of service from a small department where it was serviced regularly. Ambulance starts right up and drives great. No dash warning lights (no check engine, ABS, airbag light). Oil changes and services were all done according to Freightliner preventative maintenance program. AC works front and back. Everything works on this unit as its supposed to. Unit is Star of Life certified and KKK certified. It can go back into service if needed. The department spared no expense on options when they originially ordered this unit. Some of the options are: full Whelen LED warning light packages, Whelen Freedom LED light bar, electronic Federal Q siren, power O2 bottle lift, full aluminum painted roll up doors, Alcoa rims, chrome exhaust stack, Quartz flood lights on driver and passenger side for extra scene lighting, all manuals are included in the sale. This unit is air parking brakes over hydraulic brakes.
